How does Get Hired Live work?
After you sign up to take part in an event, one of our team will be in touch with you to find out more about the jobs that you are hiring for. We’ll give you a full rundown of what to expect and some top tips on how to get the most out of the session.
Get Hired Live always starts with a briefing where we explain the running order of the day and take any questions you might have. We’ll also introduce you to the volunteers who will be helping you out throughout the session. Next, you will have sixty seconds to pitch your company and role to the prospective candidates. This is a really great opportunity to get people exciting about interviewing for your role and highlights the best bits about working for you.
After your pitch, our expert event co-ordinators will schedule an afternoon of interviews for you. You will have 10-15 minutes with each candidate to ask them whatever questions you want. You will also have a Prince’s Trust volunteer paired with you who can help by taking notes and feedback so that you can really focus on getting to know the candidate in front of you.
We hope that at the event you will meet a number of candidates who you wish to progress to the next stage of your recruitment process and our team will be on hand to offer any further support that you need.
