Get Hired Live is a free virtual recruitment event where you get the chance to speed interview top talent from The Prince’s Trust in just one afternoon. If you want to diversify your workforce with young people filled with potential, then register for any of the available dates below.
After registering, a member of the Get Hired team will call you to discuss your vacancies. We will work collaboratively with you to understand the essential traits you’re looking for in your candidates and support you to success.

Get Involved
How does Get Hired Live work?
Get Registered
It's currently free to take part! A helpful member of our team will be in touch to get to know your company and the ideal type of candidate you're hoping to meet. If you've got lots of roles to fill, we can even advertise them digitally to expand your reach further.
Dial-in
Our events are currently all online so all you have to do is dial-in from the comfort of your screen! When you 'arrive' in the virtual room, you'll be asked to pitch your company and the job you're bringing to the young people we have shortlisted to meet you.
Interview
Our unique approach removes the CV from the process, allowing you to focus on the person - not the paper! Once you've completed your pitch, we'll facilitate speed-interviews for you to meet candidates that are interested in the role you're bringing. You'll be guided through the process by one of our amazing volunteers who will assist you with taking notes.
Feedback
After the session, we'll connect you with the young people you wish to progress to your next recruitment stage. We ask that every young person you meet with for a second interview is given feedback to assist with their development. We'll stay in touch with you regularly following Get Hired to make sure the candidates you shortlisted are given the right support with their next steps.
